A name to watch... taste, tone, and technique. ”

Bill Meredith - Palm Beach Arts Paper

One of the hardest working guitarists in New Orleans, Steve Mignano blends a powerful command of blues and rock guitar with soulful R&B vocals and a distinctively New Orleans groove.

Steve connected with the blues at an early age when he discovered his father’s gold-mine collection of vintage vinyls, among them classic albums by Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, BB King, Albert King, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, The Allman Brothers Band, The Meters, Bobby Blue Bland, Dr. John and Paul Butterfield - some of Steve’s biggest influences to this day.

Since beginning his professional career in his early 20’s, Steve has toured nationally and internationally opening for and sharing the stage with a host of top tier artists including John Cleary, Eric Lindell, David Torkanowsky, Kermit Ruffins, Otis Taylor, Cassie Taylor, Tommy Castro, Bob Margolin, Leon Russell, Larry McCray and many others.
